Returns and guarantees

  • Returns and Warranty
    All goods purchased in Sled Dogs Baltic stores are covered by a 100% quality guarantee.

    Goods purchased at will be rectified, replaced and returned in accordance with the following requirements:

    Goods of inadequate quality shall be exchanged or returned in accordance with Order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods". All costs related to the exchange or return of goods are borne by us.

    Returns of goods of satisfactory quality may only be made in accordance with the Rules on the Approval of the Rules on the Sale of Goods and the Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded by Means of Communication, approved by the Minister of the Economy by Order No 258 of 17 August 2001. The buyer shall pay all costs related to the return of the goods.

    Return policy:

    Non-food goods: To return non-food goods purchased at, the Buyer must inform us by email to within 30 days of the delivery date, indicating the order number (or other document of purchase), the list of goods to be returned and the reason for the return. If the reason for returning the goods is that they are of inadequate quality, we shall be obliged to replace the inadequate quality goods at our own expense with goods of the same quality or to refund the money paid for the goods.

    The following conditions must be observed when returning goods:
    - the returned product must be in its original packaging in good condition;
    - the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
    - the goods must be in good condition (labels intact, protective film intact, etc.) (this does not apply in the case of returns of low-quality goods);
    - the returned goods must be in the same condition as when received by the Buyer.
    - the return must be accompanied by the document of purchase.
    2. Foodstuffs:
    - The packaging of the food you have received has been damaged in transit or has lost its merchantable appearance.

    The packaging of the returned food must not have been opened by the Buyer.

    The characteristics and sizes of each item sold in are specified in the description of the item. The manufacturer gives a guarantee for the quality of the goods, which is valid for a certain period of time and which is indicated on the packaging or in the product descriptions. In the event that the Manufacturer does not provide a quality guarantee for certain types of goods, the guarantee provided for in the relevant legislation shall apply.

    The Buyer may deliver the returned goods himself at Algirdo 37, Vilnius, on weekdays from 10.00 to 19.00 hours by prior arrangement with the staff at 864012815, e-mail: or send the goods to the Seller using the services of a courier of his choice or of the Seller.
